Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of rapidscleaningservices.com (the "Site") and any services, quotes, estimates, bookings, communications, or content provided by Rapids Cleaning Services LLC ("Rapids Cleaning Services," "we," "us," or "our").

By using the Site or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, accounts, or data
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Site
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Use the Site to spam, scrape, copy, or exploit content without permission

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time if we believe these Terms have been violated.

2. Quotes, Estimates, and Service Requests

Any quote or estimate provided through the Site, by email, by phone, or by text is informational only and may be adjusted based on the actual condition, size, layout, scope, access, add-ons, or other factors at the property.

Submitting a form or booking request does not guarantee acceptance of a job. We reserve the right to accept, reject, reschedule, or cancel service requests at our discretion.

3. Booking and Payment

Payment terms, deposits, cancellation fees, card-on-file requirements, and other job-specific terms may be presented during booking, in a service agreement, invoice, estimate, or confirmation message. Those job-specific terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us and our payment processor to charge approved amounts due for services rendered, including applicable fees, taxes, and approved add-ons.

4. Promotional Offers Tied to Recurring Service

From time to time, Rapids Cleaning Services may offer discounted promotions that require a customer to complete a specified number of future recurring cleanings in order to receive the discounted rate on an initial cleaning or other service (a "Promotional Offer").

If you book under a Promotional Offer, you agree to maintain service through completion of the required number of cleanings stated in the promotion. If you cancel, pause, skip in a way that ends the promotion, or otherwise terminate service before completing the required number of cleanings for any reason other than our cancellation, we may charge an early cancellation or promotion recovery fee of $150 to the payment method on file, or charge the difference between the discounted promotional price and our standard price, as disclosed in the applicable offer, booking page, estimate, invoice, or service confirmation.

The purpose of this fee or price adjustment is to recover part of the discount extended under the Promotional Offer. Any specific promotional terms presented at the time of booking will control to the extent they differ from this section.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Access

You are responsible for providing accurate access details and ensuring the property is reasonably accessible at the scheduled service time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so within the timeframe stated in your booking confirmation or service agreement. Missed appointments, lockouts, late cancellations, unsafe conditions, or materially inaccurate job descriptions may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

6. Satisfaction Issues

If you are dissatisfied with a cleaning service, you must notify Rapids Cleaning Services within 24 hours of service completion. We do not offer refunds. If we determine that an area was missed or not cleaned to our standard, we may, at our discretion, provide a reclean of the missed areas. Reclean requests must relate to the specific areas serviced during the original appointment and do not apply to new dirt, new messes, or conditions arising after the service was completed.

7. Subcontractors and Independent Contractors

Rapids Cleaning Services may use employees, subcontractors, or independent contractors to perform some or all services. By booking services, you acknowledge and agree that service personnel may be assigned by us in our discretion.

8. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, design, layout, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Rapids Cleaning Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit Site content without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAPIDS CLEANING SERVICES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $500, WHICHEVER IS LESS, UNLESS A DIFFERENT LIMIT IS REQUIRED BY LAW.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rapids Cleaning Services and its owners, managers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

12. Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or privacy practices.

13. SMS, Email, and Communications Consent

By submitting your contact information through the Site, requesting a quote, booking a service, or otherwise contacting Rapids Cleaning Services, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, and text message for purposes related to your inquiry, quote, booking, appointment, scheduling, reminders, service updates, follow-up communications, and customer support.

If you separately opt in to receive marketing text messages, we may also send you promotional texts, including special offers, discounts, and other marketing communications.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith informal discussions. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree that venue for any permitted legal action shall be in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
